Summary: The room was very clean and bed so comfortable that I slept with no interruption. My husband found little crawling bugs in the middle of the night in the bathroom however.

Summary: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did hear a dog barking but only a couple times. It wasn’t disturbing us. I had a digital key so did not need to stop by the front desk. The gentleman working the desk, did have a customer there but never acknowledged us nor looked up at us when we walked in. He did the same when I walked past a few minutes later to get more luggage from car. Overall, our stay was very good. I do recommend the hotel and will stay there again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Summerville, SC. The rooms were VERY clean. The staff was more than helpful. I highly recommend! I need to know what company they purchase their towels from....super soft!

Summary: Both beds had DEEP indentations, making the beds horribly uncomfortable. We were told the mattresses were flipped every 3months, but I’ve slept on the same side of my bed for years and don’t have that big of an issue. There were no other handicapped rooms available for us to move to. Housekeeping never came during the 2days we were there, making the trash situation unacceptable. If you’re not going to service the room, at least empty the trash!
