Negative: Parking is $20 and I think one of the benefits in the past of staying at Hampton Inn and Suites was that they never used to charge for parking.

Summary: Clean and comfortable hotel, close to many amenities.

Positive: Nice staff

Negative: One set of elevators was broken, so the walk was long. Our toilet was broken upon arrival (it was fixed). The carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed in our room. We were told trash would be taken out and coffee would be restocked daily and it was not.

Negative: Road noise and the breakfast was not great. It was complimentary, but next time I would pass.

Negative: $25 charge for parking. This hotel is not in a crowded area, so it is not an availability problem. Just seemed like another way to charge more. We were already paying a slightly high price for what we got.
