Positive: Location was great. Room location was good. I could see my boat in the parking lot from the big window in the hallway.

Negative: Room size and value was disappointing. Not worth $200 a night. Two air conditioner filters were FILTHY and laying in the floor in front of the unit. First thing we saw when we walked in. It was disgusting. First time staying at the Hampton and probably the last. Not what it’s cracked up to be.

Summary: Overpriced basic rooms. Nothing special.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Personnel was kind & friendly. I really liked the location.

Negative: They need to find a way to freshen the air in their tightly sealed rooms. They are extremely clean, but have an antique shop smell. The hallways smell fresh.

Summary: Really good, the smell of the room may keep me away.

Positive: Good location, nice staff, good breakfast, good price

Negative: Rooms were a little small and we were locked out of our room for 2/3 hours until 12am as the key card wouldn’t work and we had to wait for an engineer but we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience

Positive: The location is surrounded by a large mall across from a convention hall. There are plenty of standard highway restaurants. We came to the Regional Museum and were delighted to find it not far away.

Negative: The city is a mixture of brand new and a large numbers of decrepit buildings, and poor-quality roads.
