Summary: Bed was almost as good as sleeping on a plywood board. Shower barely got hot.

Summary: Yes, staff was very helpful, was staying two nights due to weather, then needed an additional night. My company sent a confirmation email and the staff had me in the same room and ready to extend my stay in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service even with several bookings due to severe weather

Summary: Water not hot enough for a bath. I have a skin condition that requires hot baths, and I had a better experience at a cheaper chain the night before: nice hot water. Also I found the room to be very dark, dim gray and the icky lighting that everyone seems to use now made it even more sepulchral. I miss incandescent bulbs.

Summary: Everything was great except nothing in the room had been wiped down. Everyone was very nice and breakfast has a large variety so everyone can find something they like. We will be staying there again

Summary: Shower head had no pressure. Hot water had to run for 7 minutes before it got warm enough to get in the water. Bed was so loud I couldn’t roll over without thinking someone was banging on the wall
