Summary: Entire hotel, including our room, was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Our room was surprisingly quiet.

Summary: It was not smooth. Different messaging from hotel staff regarding chevking out one room imto another. Very in convenient for paying customer. Wish my experience would of been different. Also the remote did nit work well with tv. If i wanted to watch channel USA you had to litteraly put ghe channel on TBS in order to watch the USA channel. That was annoying too.

Summary: The check-in time was listed as 4:00 PM, but I arrived a bit early around 3:30 PM hoping to possibly wait in the lobby. Unfortunately, I found the hotel locked and was unable to enter through the front door, which was quite disappointing. It would have been helpful to know that the building would be inaccessible prior to check-in time. I understand check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but having a place to wait or clear communication about building access would greatly improve the guest experience.

Summary: I was in the room facing the freeway and it was really loud. Hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. I just wish it was quieter.

Summary: The place is very clean, newly renovated. Just off the highway 101. It looks like the room is sound proof, very quiet. Breakfast is good too. I will absolutely come back.

Summary: Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked. Our room wasn't refreshed the last 4 days of our 6 day stay. Every other day for stays 3 days or longer was listed on paperwork and applicant in bathroom. One of the lights in the bathroom would go out right after turning on.
