Summary: Overall our stay was great. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean. The only negative thing I experienced was, our room smelt like pee. I know its a pet friendly establishment, but if pets are to allowed in certain rooms, there should be no carpet. It was pretty overbearing.

Summary: This is a new, modern Hampton, among the nicest accommodations in the Roseburg area, though also higher in price. The location is convenient, right off the Interstate, near fuel, food, etc. The property was very clean.
