Summary: Location is great the the inconvenience of not having the basics as such as a microwave in the room and having to leave my elderly mom there just for me to go to floors down to warm up. Her food is crazy having the coffee maker in the bathroom is just weird.

Summary: Booked and prepaid for a King Suite but when we arrived, the hotel staff had already checked another party into the room under my name. The overnight attendant, Bill, went above and beyond to get us into a standard room as all of the other suites were taken. It took 2 nights before we were able to get into the suite we had paid for. Also, there was a lot of road noise from cars and motorcycles passing by.
