Positive: Every staff member was polite and friendly, plus an incredibly comfortable bed is always a highlight!

Negative: The bathroom wasn't as clean as I've experienced at other Hampton Inn locations.

Positive: The location was perfect for what I was in rifle for at the hospital. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: The first room they gave me had a wet carpet from cleaning earlier. I feel like that should have been on a list to not give out…..they fixed it quickly and gave me another room. Also it was quite expensive for a hotel mid week in Rifle

Summary: Good location for what I needed. Comfortable room.

Positive: Easy location to the interstate highway.

Negative: All the furniture in the room was beat up, and the chair for the desk was stained, dirty, and gross and looked like it had been reclaimed from a dumpster. The front desk clerk just stared at me, emotionless, when I wheeled it down to the front lobby and showed it to her. She said there were no other chairs available to replace it as they were fully booked for the night and she had no idea where they might store extra chairs. When I said I couldn't sit in that chair, she said I could leave it with her then, which I did. She did ask for my room number, probably so she could take it back to the room after I left the hotel. She never once said she was sorry or acknowledged how gross the chair was or offered any other solution. The computer-generated text I received shortly after check in asked how my room was, and I responded with my problem with the chair. They replied by saying they would inform the appropriate parties and try to come up with a solution. And sorry for the inconvenience. I was never contacted again and nothing happened. It didn't ruin my stay, but I don't think I will stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Negative: Breakfast from 6-10? Went down at 7am most items including coffee were out or not stocked. Front desk attendant was a little irritated when guests were asking for coffee, cups, spoons, bread, I mean everything was out.

Negative: Toilet seat screw fell out and it was loose. Beds creaked. Fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses.
