Summary: I chose this hotel because it was new and had a nice gym. There was no air-conditioning in the gym and no cold water. The lightbulbs in the room were absolutely awful with a very bluish unfriendly feeling.

Summary: Pros: affordable, newer, modern, comfy bed, pool and hot tub, along with free breakfast. Cons: dirty room and pool area, free breakfast was constantly out of items like protein, eggs, juice and coffee. Less nice than other Hampton Inns but decent.

Summary: Only reason I gave it 4 star is because we had kids (teens) above our room running & jumping all night long. Finally called reception after midnight. Kids should not be staying in a room without a parent.

Summary: This is a very dog friendly and kid friendly hotel. Most of the staff was great, friendly and willing to help with anything. We were able to hang out in the lobby, get tea or coffee and the kids can get coco! They had poop bags for your dog if you forgot yours. Breakfast was not filled. We were there for 2 nights and woke up late the first morning got there at 9am no bacon no eggs no bread. Next day i oke up at 6am. Nothing was out yet. Waited 30 mins there was bacon but no eggs no bread. Gave up and ate breakfast somewhere else. Walking down the hallways was hard when the cleaning people were cleaning the rooms. They left the carts at an angle. I called to them to move them but they had headphones on so i just moved them which is hard to do when carrying two kids. The smoker area needs to be moved away from the front entrance. If you have kids and dogs use the other entrance to avoid the smoke. We will definitely come back as we did have a blast in the pool!

Summary: Front desk and housekeeping were excellent. Sunday morning we were without a hot breakfast, other than that it was most pleasant.

Summary: My wife and I had a fairly good experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Tigard. The premises are clean, the associate at the counter was very friendly and made the check-in was fast. The room was clean and cozy. Love the bathroom but not a fan of the barn door. We both loved the coffee, but the only issue with me was that the breakfast on our first morning was a little cold.

Summary: Stay was fine. Check in was slow and they ran out of towels and had no extra pillows. The room was not set up for 4 people more like a single and could accommodate a couple with towels

Summary: The only thing good about my stay was the front desk clerk Riley. He did all he could and more. The hotel is dirty and in. Red of repair. The locks on some of the rooms are falling off. The bathroom doors do not stay closed housekeeping does not clean your room when you ask. The elevators smell like fish. There was a used pregnancy test that sat on the grounds for three days there is nowhere to sit outside. The benches are marked with cigarette burns. The pool is in need of a shock and the only cleaning I saw getting done was by Riley a front desk clerk whom should not have to clean. The hotel sits surround by houses with overgrown dirty yards. Find another place to stay. This is not it.

Summary: The location was good, parking decent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good. The room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the bath was large and spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Sort of out of the way location for us, but a very clean and comfortable hotel. Seemed new or recently updated - very modern. All staff was very helpful and pleasant!
