Summary: Justin at the check in desk was rude and unfriendly. Did not greet us and merely demanded my ID, didn't ask my name or if I had a reservation ( I did ). When asked questions his tone was condescending. The women's bathroom off the pool was a biohazard. Feces were smeared over every surface. Was not dealt with until the next day and no warning sign was put up. Disgusting! Breakfast was very good and the morning staff was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was hard.

Summary: We’ve stayed in many hotels and I can say Hampton Inn was really great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. It had a nice variety of food. We arrived a little early for check-in but no worries - we just walked across the parking lot to Eldorado restaurant and enjoyed a drink at the bar while we waited. We were traveling with a group of 8 and the lounge area became our gathering and relaxing place. My only knock was the choice of floor tile in the room. It had a design that made the floor look dirty. I actually tried to wipe a spot clean!
