Summary: I can tell what kind of stay I will have at a hotel based on first impressions. Exterior, beautiful. Reservation desk - when you are greeted with a smile, it’s already starting out to be a great visit. Young lady at the desk always had a smile (genuine) and I loved it. The room was great! Clean, beds comfortable, all around perfect. We didn’t do breakfast, but I heard from other guest that it was delicious. There is a railroad track not to far from the hotel, but I wouldn’t have noticed. It wasn’t loud at all. We will keep this hotel in our favorites.

Summary: Husband forgot to pack his razor and at the customer service desk, they provided a razor and a small can of shaving cream. This customer service is above and beyond what is expected.
