Summary: The staff at this hotel are excellent. They’re intelligent and knowledgeable. They are a friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff (they keep a very clean room). I will surely stay at The Hampton Inn in Oroville again - they have a good breakfast too.

Summary: The only negative was actually finding the hotel. We could see the building, but finding access to its parking lot was a different story. GPS didn't really help either. There was not adequate signage on the streets to help us navigate through the various parking lots of other businesses to find the Hampton Inn. It took us some trial and error.

Summary: Hotel was new and clean. No trouble checking in with front desk. Bed was comfy but wished for comfier pillows but overall, we still had a pretty good sleep. Loved that Sonics was walking distance 😂

Summary: The Hotels.com website does not tell you there is a $100 deposit. I stayed 1 night and the cost was $157+$ 100 deposit..Thats alot of $ to put up for just a 1 night stay. I will get my $100 deposit returned in 5 to 7 days, but I think thats something that should be disclosed beforehand. The hotel is nice but there is many homeless and up to no good people around the grounds of the hotel parking lot.I worried about my car throughout the night, which was not comforting. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, hotel is clean, and soft beds.
