Positive: it was close to fast food outlets, several within walking distance

Negative: it felt like it was in a large car park. It was being refurbished but I wasn't told that when booking. There was no lounge and nowhere to sit or have a drink. Not good. the complimentary breakfast didn't have much of choice in terms of hot food. the location of the pool not good as it was right by the entrance and car park which meant everyone could see you when at the pool. Needed a bit more privacy

Positive: Room was big and airy. Breakfast was 0k

Negative: I should have been told before booking that there was extensive renovation as it meant it was noisy and also there was no proper dining room. I would have liked a possibility of a balcony. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit as a group say in the balcony or outside. Cooked Breakfast was only Luke warm and had little variety of items.

Positive: I have stayed here many times, as always a pleasure. Clean, friendly staff and a great location.

Negative: If I had to say something here it would only be that the place is under new construction But the staff and management more than made up for the mess.
