Positive: Breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast buffet, no complaints. Staff was so friendly.

Negative: The bed was much firmer than I would’ve liked and gave me a backache. Manager said pool was heated and was most definitely not heated.

Positive: The Room was spacious, with a modern walk in shower.

Negative: The check in experience was horrible. We reached late and exhausted due to very bad traffic jams and in bad weather. We had booked a King studio suite but Vicky the Receptionist at the counter gave us a room with two queens. The TV caption also welcomed some other guest and we knew the room was not held in our name. When we let Vicky know, she changed us to a King room. It was not as spacious as the King Studio suite we had booked. Again the TV caption welcomed another guest. This posed a problem as we could not access the wifi. When we called Vicky to relay this, she said she cannot do anything to help us and kept the phone down. So, we didn't have any wifi that night or the following day before we left. On the following day, the new Receptionist told us that we were assigned the wrong room.

Summary: Not a great experience! Wrong room, No wifi!

Positive: Everything was clean. The location was perfect for both shopping and touring. Everyone working at the hotel were extremely friendly and warm. Would definitely go back and recommend to all my friends.
