Summary: Very disappointed by the housekeeping and front desk managers at this place. They refresh your room every other day so you need to special request housekeeping. We extended our stay and on the very first day of our new booking we specifically asked the front desk manager to refresh our room as it was not refreshed the previous day. We returned to the hotel at 4:45pm and our room was not cleaned and refreshed. A complaint to the second shift front desk manager informed us that housekeeping was gone and just offered towels and sorry. She seemed insincere and stonewalling. She could have offered us a different room. Anyway beneath the brand to have just left it at that.

Summary: Friendly staff, quick check-in process, nicely furnished rooms, an ample breakfast offering, the location was convenient to all our local travel destinations, and offered a set-up that truly helped us take care of the needs of our accompanying pet -- a perfect location for our stay!

Summary: Big, clean room. Warm, well kept pool. The only thing I didn't like was that their breakfast ends kinda early at 9am.
