Summary: The condition of the facility is not up to the standard I have found in other Hampton inns around the country. Our room was not very clean. No mention of the lack of parking was made till after I was charged. I know that it is in a city environment but….

Summary: Great hotel. Super fast and friendly check in with Julie. Room was HUGE and beds were comfy. Anything we needed or asked for was taken care of right away. Great location close to everything. Only downfall was parking not attached to hotel and no valet.

Summary: I never could get my digital key even though the desk attendant said she could make it work. No welcome gift, which we usually get. Luckily we were there on a weekend because parking is pricey. The mattress was horrible and needs to be replaced immediately. The breakfast was excellent and the employee very nice and helpful. It was also very quiet which is a plus,

Summary: AC filter was dirty and was very congested my whole stay. Was coughing and had a runny nose. I wanted to swim in the pool but it looked like it hadn't been clean in a long time. Floating hair and leaves were inside.

Summary: The location of the property is great. Close to a ton of restaurants and night spots. The staff is amazing. Kudos to the wonderful woman taking care of the breakfast. Daily she went out of her way to take care of us and make sure there was enough left for the 18 of us.

Summary: The room was very clean and most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The biggest annoyance was they are doing some construction on the hotel I assume and of course that normally wouldn’t be an issue, but when there is loud banging and construction going on at at 6:30 in the morning it’s not fun. Overall it was a good experience just wish we could sleep in without being bothered.
