Negative: Paying for parking. Ants in the room. Walls were thin, floor above us had loud footsteps. Bedspread was scratchy. Staff couldn’t get the digital key to work so had to check in physically at front desk. Was charged for hotel after I already prepaid through booking.com and had to call hotel to refund the double charge.

Negative: Basic maintenance of room was cheaply fixed. Blinds in room were “cut” diagonally. Shower had a door at one point and clearly broke off. Hotel fixed this by simply adding a curtain, for a “King Suite”. Other bathroom fixtures were broken or falling apart.

Positive: Great check in experience, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a wonderful shower. Had an excellent night of sleep & would definitely stay here again.
