Summary: If you stay longer, housekeeping only cleans your room every other day. They don’t refund your credit card deposit like they say they will.

Summary: Front-staff woman in the AM was rude (long dark hair and glasses). I’m a dr. who had just worked an overnight shift so I didn’t look my best. She essentially implied I was a freeloader or homeless person, trying to steal a free breakfast. Kind of ruined my day.

Summary: I booked two queens but was told I could only have a king room with a pull out couch. They said they would compensate me for this, but then said they would not since I had prepaid. So basically I paid more for a room I didn't want and they did nothing.

Summary: Great hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The shower was great, they had the faucet opposite the shower head, so you don't get wet turning it on! Genius! They had a sliding bathroom door, which I don't love, but they did have some hooks in the bathroom to hang things on.

Summary: Hotel is new, furniture still smelled new. Even though it’s located in close proximity to I15 it was still relatively quiet. Pool was nice, their gym was great, lots of equipment and brand new. Walkable to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores. My only complaint were the pillows, not supportive at all and the bed was firm not the most comfy but overall very happy with my stay
