Summary: While I was offered and accepted housekeeping service daily versus their standard service every third day, I was forced to exchange my towels, bath mat, hand towels, and wash cloths 3 times in the six days I stayed at the Cleburne Hampton. In addition, the hotel had two elevators but only one of them was operational!!! On the bright side, the breakfast was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful, especially Desiree and Faith.

Summary: I was pleasantly greeted and helped with exceptional care from Desiree and I can not say enough about Shayna whom assisted me with serious phone issues, aiding me with resolving not having addresses and phone contacts to get where I needed to go. It was a highly stressful time for me with my brother's funeral and I could not have stayed calm without Shayna her kindness and professionalism was exemplary.

Summary: The whole experience was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast. Parking was easy and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was excellent~!
