Positive: Pool area was not clean. Water somewhat cloudy. Unattended children under 12 and staff walked by but no one addressed where parents were, jumping off sides of pool huge liability for franchise. Kitchen area was worked by lady who gave you side eyes when you grabbed extra banana or kids wanted to return for more cereal or hot food. Made you uncomfortable
