Positive: The staff is incredible. We were always warmly greeted, and they were always ready to help with information about restaurant and other information. We will be back, again!

Positive: Staff solved a problem the morning we checked out by being very apologetic and gracious.

Negative: Within 30 min of checking in, power in room went out. Front desk said someone would come up. After another hour I called again, asked if power was out in the whole building, and they said "not the WHOLE building. We're still working on it." Finally we just went to sleep. Next morning, power still out. I called down and they said "Did you call last night? We know nothing about this." Later someone else said "Oh, we heard about it but thought it got fixed last night." Was told it WAS just our room. So definite lack of followup to us after we twice reported it, and poor communication between shifts. Very nicely, though, they comped us our room, plus got the power back on while we had breakfast.

Summary: Lack of followup to see if our problem got solved, but courteous and accommodating the next morning.

Positive: The check-in was easy and wonderfully welcoming. Same way with the check-out process. We will make this our permanent stop-over place when traveling west!

Negative: Really, nothing.
