Positive: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Bethlehem! The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The amenities were well thought out, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the AWESOME customer service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. From check‑in to check‑out, I felt genuinely cared for. The combination of a great room and exceptional hospitality makes this hotel a gem. I can’t recommend Hampton Inn Bethlehem highly enough — I’ll definitely be returning!

Positive: Great service. Got in earlier than check-in time and front desk staff member was able to check me in even though I I did not ask to be accommodated in that way. It absolutely made the logistics of my stay work better. After driving for three hours, I was able to go to the room, rest a bit and freshen up before going to meeting instead of going directly to the meeting.

Negative: Sound of the airplanes taking off late into the night. Not a deal breaker for staying there, but did not realize the hotel was so close to ABE airport. Next stay, may ask for a room on a quieter side of the hotel.

Positive: The staff is so friendly. We stayed one night and the front desk staff in the evening and morning were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and everything was clean and well kept.
