Summary: I got an email telling me to use the app to check-in then I'd get a digital key and could go right to my room. That sounded great! So I did that, and an hour after check-in I still didn't have a digital key and had to call the hotel to get my digital key. The app also promised that I could control my lights, temperature, and TV with it. I could not. I could use it as a basic remote control for the TV. Yay... I was extremely disappointed to find that the room had no microwave. Other than that the room was very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on at a hotel. No lie. The shampoo smelled so good I actually used the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I loved it, too! My hair was shiny and soft. So, that was neat.

Summary: It was an amazing experience especially Damien from front desk and Eli from the kitchen staff make us feel in home except for Lizbeth from front desk that wasn’t friendly at all.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn, front desk staff and breakfast crew were very friendly and always helpful, hotel is very clean and in good location. All amenities are available which made our stay very comfortable.

Summary: We experienced a minor hiccup during our stay—the hot water in our first room’s shower wasn’t working properly. After maintenance checked it out and the issue persisted, the staff kindly moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, the room change wasn’t updated in the system, so our keys didn’t work when we returned the next night. The front desk team quickly resolved the issue, and though it was a small inconvenience, they handled it with professionalism. To our pleasant surprise, upon check-out, the hotel compensated us with a free night’s stay—no questions asked. We truly appreciated this gesture and the staff’s attentiveness throughout our visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
