Summary: We got there around 1:39 am so we si tired , we just want to rest but we found a underwear yes a underwear we tired so we wait until the morning but they didn’t care .. so weird.. or maybe cuz I’m Hispanic idk I hope is not for that .. The room was clean do . If I stay again yes but if a found something like that I will camplaim then ..

Summary: The WiFi was horrible. I guess if you join Hilton Honors Club, better WiFi??? The bathroom was equipped for handicap persons. Wasn’t told that nor wanted that.

Summary: The staff was super helpful. We needed an accessible room, and the staff went out of their way to find a shower chair and to check with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and varied, with no two days alike during our three-day stay.

Summary: Our room had a large gash in the ceiling. We couldn’t get the blinds down at night. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I had to go to a different level to get ice. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

Summary: It needs to be remodeled and updated. Everything in the room is old and stinks. Not worth the nightly rate. Been in way better hotels for that price.
