Summary: When we checked in it was fast and easy which was amazing. The room however had no thermostat it was missing from wall, a panel was broken the manager came up and removed it before we put anything down, the smoke detector was attached with electrical tape and the AC was blowing humid air. We were told they could not credit us anything since we booked with hotels.com and offered is AN ICE CREAM BAR! the manager said a group of hockey boys were in this room last and they were rowdy but she was not aware of anything broken.

Summary: I booked with your company becuse it is always amazing. My grown kids wanted to swim and your chain is always clean and well maintained The only problem we encountered was there was an unrully group of teanagers there that were without adult supervision and made swimming impossible. They were jumping in doing cannonballs, slapping the watersurface with a wet towel. Throwing each other in the pool. There were at least 20 of them and it was all evening. The front desk said its a sports team? But that is unfair to other paying guests.

Summary: Clean hotel in a great location. Gym was nice and breakfast was good. Grass area and dog bags for your dogs to walk and do their business. The only thing I wish they had was water or water bottles in the lobby or room.
