Positive: The breakfast was great and the staff upstairs on sunday 5/3, was wonderful. I believe it was Norma and Alma? They were so sweet and helpful.

Negative: Random kids made noise at 2am but that was not the fault of staff. Just startled us. Pool bottom was a little scratchy.

Summary: Our kids would like to come back.

Negative: Lobby was being renovated and I was not aware. We would have stayed at another hotel if I had known. Discounted rate during renovation should have been offered.

Positive: I love the comfort of the room and the space. Nice upgrades. Looking forward to seeing the new breakfast room and lobby. Great location for us to walk to Silvertips hockey at the arena and to Imagine Children's Museum as well as restaurants and downtown area.

Negative: A little inconvenient having breakfast room and seating on different floors, but looking forward to the upgrades. A minor inconvenience.

Positive: I love the location and staff, especially Norma, Adelaide, Oscar, and Narissa, who make us always feel welcome. Very personable and helpful.

Negative: There is really nothing I do not like. Wish they had reusable dishes and cutlery and more coat hooks in the rooms. We have stayed there several times in the past 5 years and this crew is the best.
