Positive: Great location for our show at the Proctors Theater, we stay here each time we go to a show

Negative: Used to get 2 large towels, only got one, we used to get a complimentary bottle of water each, myself and my best friend, and because we used Booking.com and not Hampton for the accommodations, we did not get the water…This is not a game changer, we will still stay here, but I look for the best price, and Booking.com was the most reasonable for this hotel…..

Summary: Best hotel for us, the show was amazing!!!!

Positive: Good location, walkable to many restaurants, staff was great, lots of parking.

Negative: Bathroom floor was sticky, seemed like it was cleaned but not rinsed, no outdoor seating at all, breakfast food was only ok. Hard to pull by front door even if only one other car was there.

Positive: The room was large and comfortable. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly.

Negative: Room cleaning was spotty. Some days it didn’t happen or only partially happened.

Positive: The location was the primary draw for me as I was attending the CouncilCon event in the Proctor's Theater that weekend. Parking was extremely convenient for my needs.

Negative: It would be nice to have some kind of directory or information about restaurants and attractions nearby. The location is wonderful on State Street, but several places were not open for business - it gets unclear where to go as you get further from State Street / Broadway.

Summary: I will absolutely recommend the Hampton Inn again to anyone who asks.
