Summary: The welcome was sincere and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch,especially for the kids. The pool was nice in size and depth for a family. The room was well sized, modern and comfortable. I do wish there was a firmer pillow, but that is just a personal preference. There is lots located close to the hotel including major restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. The breakfast offered was extensive and delicious. With the variety of offerings, there was something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The service was fair but what was a no no was the very low quality of paper plates and cutlery, it was the cheapest of the cheap and for $200+ a night we should have gotten better quality utensils even if has to be paper plates… there are better quality to use, this was off putting for me

Summary: All the staff seemed to be working hard to make this property great. Courteous, helpful at check-in. Housekeeping and janitorial were busy and trying their best. Breakfast was great and kept "topped up" even on a very busy full-hotel day.

Summary: My husband is in a wheelchair. The room and bathroom were spacious to accommodate wheelchairs. The beds were not too high as was the tub. A shower chair was provided. Excellent accommodations!!
