Summary: It was a short stay but overall, a great experience. With it being a very busy weekend, the staff was able to accomodate. I arrived before 3:00 that afternoon & was told it would be about 30 minutes to check in. I understood, with the few events going on that weekend, so came back within an hour & my room was ready. What impressed me was the gentleman working the front desk, Damien, called me by name as i was approaching the counter. I was shocked, after having so many guests that weekend he remembered my name. Damien is a very good asset to Hilton.
