Positive: Comfortable, clean room. Excellent bed. Helpful, courteous desk staff. Very kind.

Negative: Water in hot water urn was not hot and tasted as though the urn had previously been used for coffee. Vending machine on floor three would not accept bills and ice machine had no ice.

Positive: Breakfast was okay.

Negative: The hotel website states room service, which is why we stayed there. We found out upon arrival there is no room service. Fraudulent. There was also renovation going on. We weren’t advise of that when we booked.

Positive: Breakfast was pretty standard for hotels but good and fresh, was a good variety of items to chose from .

Negative: The price ciuld have been a litter better and i think that the pet deposit should be refundable ,espixally if the pet doesnt destroy anything
