Positive: 3rd trip in a row staying at Hampton Inn where tv did not work. Wondering why Hampton Inn doesn’t show Fox channels? There’s CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, and headline news. Does the Hampton Inn have something against Fox News and Fox Business channels? This may be my last stay at Hampton Inn.

Negative: Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work. The maintenance man repaired it by unplugging it (ridiculous). Had to ask for a new room instead of them offering! The elevator was broken so my elderly mom had to walk up three flights of stairs. Was never offered a refund or discount. My mom’s room also smelled musky and the floors were damp! Very disturbing! We also stay here on our way to the beach in South Carolina. Wrote a negative review and asked to be contacted a week ago and no one ever reached out. Will not ever stay here again!
