Summary: Front desk person was nice. Easy check in. The place is being totally remodeled so it was a mess. But, the only way to make it better I guess is to renovate.

Summary: The hotel was clean and very conveniently located right off I10. Perfect for a quick stop while traveling. The staff was very friendly and informative. The bathroom was a little run down and needs some upgrading but nothing too serious. I would stay again.

Summary: Everything was great but we woke up to no hot water in the entire hotel with no EtA on fixing it. Hotel staff did not seem to know what to do.

Summary: Always a good experience at Hampton Inn. The room was spotless; very clean and smelled great. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful, so were the cleaning ladies. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.
