Summary: Very disappointed in the condition of the room. Pillow cases were dirty and a/c heater sound like something was stuck in it and made an EXTREMELY LOUD ticking noise. I didnt find this out until late in the night so I just dealt with it. Told the front desk in the morning and the guy says “O alot of them do that”. That unacceptable for a place to have inop heating and cool

Summary: Stayed here on two separate occasions during a visit to the area. On both occasions the rooms were to the usual standard expected from a Hampton and the large TV provided crisp images. The lady on the front desk recognised us from our first stay.

Summary: Least comfortable hotel bed ever No maid service No body wash - had to call down after my shower. I had a sub par shower bc they didn’t take the time to notice the shower gel was empty Pleasant staff Disappointing when I could have stayed at the hotel next door whose quality is much Better just to save $60 per night. Next time choosing my regular - springhill suites

Summary: Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with bacon, boiled eggs one morning and omelette the next. Waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee was 24/7, but a bit weak. Lots of restaurants close by, Juniper Grill was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!
