Positive: Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Negative: Beds were very uncomfortable, light bulb was out in desk lamp and some usb ports did not work.

Summary: Overall the stay was good, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Positive: From checking in and out to the food and snacks available to the to amenities- everything was incredibly convenient.

Negative: The only real issue we had was thay after flushing our toilet the water would constantly run. I did mention it at the front desk and was told "just wiggle the handle". We had been doing that and we're fine with doing so. I only said something because I didnt want to be found at fault. I guess I feel like they coukd have at least offered to take a look at it while we were gone for the evening. No worries though!

Positive: Check in staff are awesome! So friendly and helpful. This was my 3rd stay and my experience with the staff is always the same!

Negative: If I had to pick something I would say the carpets need a good shampooing.
