Positive: The beds were super comfortable. I loved that we had 4 pillows on the bed. The bathroom was very clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, nic3 bunch if people.

Negative: The soaps were way too perfumed. It immediately triggered my asthma.

Positive: It was very close to the Delaware Bluegrass festival in Pilesgrove.

Negative: The property management escalated the daily rates to take advantage of the festival viewers!! Is this unusual? No it is not!! Hilton along with their competitors do this all the time!!

Negative: On arrival, allocated 2 rooms by reception. The first room entered not clean from previous occupants, towels on floor and beds not changed. The second room key not opening. Went back to reception and allocated 2 further rooms. Again, on entering, not cleaned from previous occupants. Evening reception very helpful and apologetic giving us rooms that were marked as cleaned from computer system. Once given rooms that were cleaned, these did not meet our previous experience of a stay at Hampton inns. The bathroom floors dirty, and one bathroom smelt of urine. After a 6 hour drive, we chose to settle for the evening. On checking out, I advised the morning reception staff member of my disappointment. She could barely make eye contact with me and just said,'Sorry about that'.
