Positive: The hotel was in a great area to the places that visited during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The fitness center, the breakfast and the hotel over all was amazing.

Negative: That there was a dog in a room near mine barking during the day.

Summary: Really enjoyable.

Positive: Very nice place and excellent staff. We loved the king size mattress! The breakfast was very good. The check in and out process was superb!

Negative: Originally made reservation for 1 night and the price was $139.00, couple days later the price was $221.00. I called and spoke with a very nice and professional customer service agent. She apologized and said there had been a change (We changed nothing) and there was nothing that could be done about it. Now I our final bill was $243.00. What the hell??? Hampton Inn is a nice place, but $104.00 over what we originally planned to pay. Of course we had to pay for it, we visited your city to celebrate my oldest grandsons High School graduation Very disappointed.
