Summary: Wallpaper was peeling in several spots, there was a large hole in the curtain, the only reason we didnt ask to swap rooms was because they said we got the last king when checking in. Not well maintained.

Summary: The lack of adequate parking at this facility is a joke. Extremely limited in the front, with the alternative out back of the hotel a whole floor lower than the check in area. Poor design. In addition, I booked through hotels.com and when I checked out the clerk said because I didn’t book direct with the hotel he could not generate a receipt. Not true. I’ve booked many hotels through hotels.com and always get a receipt. Also, I asked if he could at least tell me the amount of my bill and he said he didn’t have that either. Really? For a guest that was checking out? Poor customer service.
