Summary: The hotel was a bit dated which is fine however there was very low water pressure in the shower and the hot tub in the pool area was lukewarm. I reported the issues

Summary: We actually stayed here for only 1 night, because our other hotel was filthy. For the night we were here it was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and even had a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I was in town to see a friend and exchange some information with them. It was a short day and I had to leave very early the next morning. The accommodations were excellent. I was only in the room to sleep and use the shower and be on the road early the next morning, but everything was great that I had access to.

Summary: The Hampton location was near several eateries, stores, and outlets. It was a 30 minute commute from town, and other to dos that Omaha has to offer. The pool and exercise room was fantastic. If you visit West lakeside try when students are not competing in local events. I give it a four star, breakfast doing our stay was not top notch like reviews posted. But still a good stay. A plus it was quiet. "That I liked".

Summary: Clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly service. Highly recommend and would stay here again. (Quick note to hotel: power was out from heavy storm. The emergency lights in the stairwell at the end near the rooms with higher numbers were so dull that we couldn't see the stairs. Yep, I missed a stair in the dark and took a tumble, then accidentally opened the emergency alarm door at the bottom b/c I couldn't see anything. Just wanted to share so that you can replace the lights.) Our stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again though. Thank you.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member on duty at 8:00 pm Saturday August 9, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were a bit limited compared to other properties I have stayed in. The cinnamon crunch cereal was stale and I would have preferred scrambled eggs as opposed to the premade omelets. The location was further from the interstate than I had planned on. The parking areas were not particularly well lit and as a senior adult, this is something I pay attention to. Overall, the facility was very nice, the staff genuinely friendly and a reasonable value.
