Positive: Location was great. It was clean with a few repairs needed. Nice continental breakfast.
Negative: Had a room with 2 Queen beds and they were so uncomfortable. No hot tub in pool area. Kids thought pool was boring.

Positive: Front desk clerk was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and perfect on a snowy morning.
Negative: The $5 a day self parking fee was an insult. Why add an additional charge for staying at the hotel in the suburbs?

Negative: I had a little trouble with the heater and thermostat. But it was minor.
