Summary: Room was clean other than the cat urine smell in the bathroom. Staff was awesome. Stay was good besides the smell.

Summary: The room was clean and modern. I was able to connect my streaming device to the TV which I wasn't in a previous Holiday Inn Express stay. The water was hard though.

Summary: Spacious rooms and bathroom. Service was great and the staff were in contact via text making sure our stay was comfortable. Big variety at breakfast including tow types of waffles that the kids loved. The only thing I think the hotel could use to update is the mattresses, it felt saggy and overly bouncy.

Summary: My room was not cleaned how you’d expect an hotel to be cleaned. I have pictures of the hair left in the shower , sink & a clean towel. A ‘clean’ washcloth that has stains on it & someone’s contacts & trash left right by the phone. there was black hairs on the bed/pillows as well.

Summary: Signs need to be added at the entrances to indicate driveways. In addition lighting at entrances. We went out & came back at dusk & even though we had GPS it wasn’t easy to find entrances. Can’t imagine what it would be in the dark.
