Summary: Check in person was friendly but I was unsure why other guest got a welcome gift and my husband and I didn’t. Also we didn’t even have a full roll of toilet paper in our room. Normally where we stay in the past they always have an extra roll in the bathroom.

Summary: The check in was good. The room was nice, but the hallway was flooded right in front of our room. The pool had a bunch of load mouth rude folks. The breakfast was good. The beds were great!!

Summary: Found a chicken bone under mattress when checking for bed bugs. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless push hard. The bathroom door won’t lock. Tv color was very off. No shampoo in the dispenser. Gray dust all over floor. No milk for cereal. The staff are nice and the place is in safe area.

Summary: Hardly greeted when checking in. Staff sitting away from desk talking to a gentleman. Felt like I was an inconvenience. Would have been helpful if both desk people had a more professional appearance and at least Hampton name tags on. Morning person was friendly!
