Summary: The Hampton Inn in Medina was a nice stay. It was quiet, clean, and safe. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pet fee was $50.

Summary: We had a total of 3 rooms booked. I called and advised them that my family was staying for my mom’s birthday weekend and we would all like to be as close as possible. She advised she would put a note in and we were set. My parents and brother were on the 3rd floor at opposite ends of each other and I was on the first floor. When we arrived on Saturday the key machine wasn’t working so he was unable to make a room key and advise we go have lunch or something and try back after. All was well until my brother went to check in and they checked him into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They said all the house keepers left and that was all he could do. My sister n law changed the sheets herself and had them come get the trash that was left. This morning when asking for a discount they advised since we used a 3rd party that there was nothing they could do. The hotels breakfast options were depressing and the only plus side was the pool was working. It was by far the worst stay we have ever experienced with the Hilton Brand very disappointed in the experience and the nonchalant response and behavior of their staff.

Summary: My stay was very good. There was one minor glitch. The heater/cooler malfunctioned, and a i had to move to a different room. However, the staff took care of it promptly and courteously.
