Summary: We were very pleased with out choice of the Hampton Inn in Mchenry. Every staff member that we encountered was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had everything to make our stay totally enjoyable. The breakfast was a definite highlight for us. The variety and selection of items exceeded our expectations. We began each of our 3 mornings with a very satisfying breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Room smelled like dirty feet and wet dog. I am highly allergic to dogs and this was definitely a pet friendly hotel/room. Those types of rooms should be used dor that purpose and not guven to those without pets and allergies. We saw other comment cards at front desk complaining of the same smell in their room. Will NEVER go back.
