Summary: We got a quite spacious room...clean...Breakfast was very good...my kids loved it..The location of the hotel was a wow!You can see mountain from the window...Only the part I didn’t like was the microwave oven...It was an old style...no 30 sec button!

Summary: This property is either relatively new, or recently renovated. It has nearly everything I want for a short stay. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The wifi is exceptional for a hotel. The property has a pool and exercise room. The breakfast area is very large and comfortable and the food is better than other similar places. The staff is efficient and professional. The only negative comment is that the access road to the hotel looks like it has been used for artillery practice. Bring your off-road vehicles!

Summary: I booked 2 rooms for my family. My wife went to check in. I failed to tell her that I put our daughters name on the second room. The woman at the desk informed her that we only had one room and they had no more rooms left but there was just a cancellation. My wife panicked and paid for another room. When we realized my wife didn't use my daughters name for the second room we went back to the desk to cancel the extra room. We were told it was our mistake and there was nothing she could do. The desk attendant was extremely rude and I believe she knew exactly what she was doing with selling us a second room. We paid for 3 rooms and only used 2. I am also disappointed in Hotels.com because I needed to talk to someone about this and could not find a number to call.
