Summary: The wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and always greeted you. The room was very clean.

Summary: First room they gave us had a bed that didn’t have clean sheets. Second room, keys wouldn’t work. Went back down to front desk and she reprogrammed them. Still didn’t work. Went back down to front desk, this time she came back up. Then tried for herself. Still didn’t work. She then says the room must be out of service. Went back down to front desk for another room. Finally, a room that was decent. Bed pillows small but overall might stay there again off in the area.

Summary: Checking in I was told my stay was for March 17 and then I explained it had been changed, I had paid an extra fee. After calling Hoteis.com they changed me an additional fee of $39.75. I paid that also. I have never had such a bad experience booking a hotel. Terrible, never use Hotel.com again.
