Summary: The hotel staff was very polite, besides the strong smell of the cleaning products that they used, I have no complaints. They should update their bedding when it has holes or ripped.

Summary: The customer service walking into the door was excellent. Deborah the front desk representative was kind, sweet and friendly. She was warm and welcoming with my grandson after our trip to the nearby Polar Express. She gave us information about the area and made us feel really at home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Summary: We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Loved breakfast. You have an exceptional employee, Deborah Walser. She helped me with securing a first floor room and making sure I could keep it until my husband was released from the hospital. Deborah is five stars and above; you are lucky to have her. I also have to say all the employees I interacted with were great. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: My room was not ready 4 hours after check in, they had to give me a different room. Vehicle also got the window busted and items stole, lack of security cameras.
