Summary: It was a good stay for the foremost. But we could not get the air conditioner temperature to go down it kept wanting to go up and it was too late at night to call the office and complain about it

Summary: Advertised indoor pool and even called to ensure pool was open stated it was and when we go there my family went down to swim and was informed health department shut it down last week.

Summary: We stayed there last fall and did not rate this hotel. But I am going to now. The towels at this facility are horrible. They are thin and rough to where they would almost scratch your skin. You might expect this from a super eight motel, but not a Hampton Inn that charges this much. I’ve never seen towels this bad. Also the breakfast was lacking. There was no hot water for tea. The muffins look like they were several days old and hard as a rock. The pictures in the room had been wiped, but they were just smeared. The bed seemed fine, but the pillows were horrible. We got very little sleep. Hamptons usually have much better quality than this, but we will not be staying here again.
