Negative: Beds were to hard. Charging a pet fee per day is to much. Wish it had a hot tub.

Positive: We like Hampton Inns.. The room was very clean and the front desk help was very nice

Negative: The breakfast wasn't as good as previously stays, and the air conditioner motor was unusually loud.

Positive: Great location for our trip needs. Easy to find. There was the Riviera Maya Mexican restaurant across the street (though you must drive the 100 yards). We dined outside late in the day, and it was delightful. The hotel bed was comfy, the A/C effective and it was quiet. Super nice exercise room. Really, it was well equipped and inviting. We were ready to leave after the filling, complimentary breakfast, but we could not resist a couple sets of pullups, ohead presses, and lunges in that little gym. I'll definitely stay here again.

Negative: I did not like that there was not a safe way to walk across the divided highway from the hotel to the restaurants on the other side.

Summary: Came for the location; will return for the fitness room.

Positive: We came to Lafayette to check out the town in case my husband transferred here. The hotel's location was great, with lots of great restaurants close by. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. My boys liked the pool, and the breakfast was more than I was expecting.

Negative: I didn't have any complaints about the hotel at all.
