Summary: Room was clean and comfy. Staff was wonderful. I had a little mishap opening the refrigerator and broke and rip off a finger nail. Messaged for bandages as I didn’t have any. Bandages were delivered to my door. That is customer service.

Summary: The hotel website said that pets were allowed, and they held themselves out to be pet friendly. I was dismayed when I checked in to learn that there was an additional charge of $75.00 for a pet. Hotels.com should make that known, in quoting the price of a room.

Summary: My cousin and I were in Kerrville to explore the surrounding Hill Country and picked Hampton Inn due to its excellent reputation. We had only a few minor problems—the shampoo dispenser was empty plus the alarm clock went off every morning in spite of our efforts to disable it. There was no ice dispenser on our floor although there was a sign and space for one. Otherwise, our room was clean and comfortable, tv, refrigerator and microwave all worked well, and breakfast was very good with plenty of offerings. All personnel were polite and pleasant.
