Summary: Room was nice.

Summary: Overall, our stay was fine. The location, room size, and indoor pool was what we were looking for while traveling as a family. We had minimal interactions with staff members, honestly I wonder if they are potentially understaffed. Our room and the facility weren’t very clean. It wasn’t so egregious I felt we needed to leave and our rate was a good deal so overall, it’s fine. However, we had to clean the shower before using, there was a used tooth flosser on the ground in the elevated for at least 12+ hours, cracks and crevices had dust and hair throughout our room and building. A lack of deep cleaning and attention to detail.

Summary: The staff was very helpful. The heater in the room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The hotel was completely out of coffee for breakfast and the coffee maker in the room did not work.

Summary: We had no issue with the stay except that we planned to get away and had down time that we wanted to enjoy swimming in the pool the site said it had. Lo and behold I received a text about 30 minutes prior to check in that the pool in being remodeled and is not operational. Did not make the family happy

Summary: The sheets were stained up, but other than that, the room was great. The staff was great and friendly. Your only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was down for maintenance for renovations. Others in that everything was great would recommend and would stay again

Summary: Linda, Kristian and Samuel were some of the staff we had. They were amazing. When we had an issue with our room they were quick to take care of it. They were always upbeat and positive and greeted us every time they saw us…..and the hotel was full! We were so impressed with how clean it was and up to date that we’ve booked our next stay there already for 2026.

Summary: Staff was okay I guess… was charged 30 dollar early check in fee when there was literally dozens of rooms empty on the night of my stay. I am looking for hotel on a regular basis that will allow early check in without charging 30 dollars. But will look elsewhere.

Summary: Overall was a good stay. There were several things about our room we were not happy about. Management seemed very concerned and addressed our problems and solved them. All staff that we dealt with we’re very friendly and courteous and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
