Summary: It was quiet, and clean and we traveled with our dog and had a unit close to the exit the bed was a tiny bit uncomfortable but very happy it was a king bed

Summary: Very nice experience. Everything was very clean, and all the staff were very polite. The water, air conditioners, TV, and blower were functioning properly. It was peaceful and quiet.

Summary: Usually always great stay but the past weekend they seemed short staffed. Anytime I went to the desk, there was no one in sight for assistance. Not a usual occurrence like I said. Usually very accommodating and customer service is usually 5 stars but after staying at the Double Tree by Hilton in Andover, Ma, I may have been a bit spoiled I will admit. The customer service there was impeccable!!

Summary: Gave a 4 star on cleanliness because we found 3 larger sizes (dime sized) spiders in our room. Everything else was great. Buffet was good and staff was friendly.
